The methods used by companies and organizations, to gather their research will vary between the groups in which they question. Methods of research used will be effected by personalities, style of the people, groups, so on...however the main factor which will play a major part is the age of the person being researched on, with methods of research appealing more to some than others.
Generation Y, is a age range that is dependent upon the use of the internet and modern technology. Research being conducted towards this generation would best be done through online questionnaires/surveys or an easy mobile reply text message answer.
